How Do I Change My Email Preferences

    Use EMAIL PREFERENCES To Limit Email Received

    There are three kinds of email from the league.

    (1) Direct email from another league member or from ENYTB administrative staff.

    (2) Group email from ENYTB administrative staff re: Important Announcements/Updates.

    (3) Auto-email from the website re: scores and reschedules.

    Items (1) and (2) can not be controlled. If you are linked to a team as a manager/coach or primary/secondary contact, this information is viewed as essential to membership. It's an all or nothing deal. If you want none of these email, you can NOT be linked to a team or club in the league, which means no password for you.

    Item (3) results in the bulk of league email once the spring/summer or fall season is in progress. You can limit this email as much as you like via the website's EMAIL PREFERENCES function.

    NAVIGATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:

    Each member, once logged-on, has his own account area called My Profile, located on the Main menu (the first menu located in upper lefthand corner of top red menu bar).

    From My Profile, each person can:

    (A) Add or edit their contact info, including changing their email address;
    (B) Change their password; or,
    (C) Limit the auto-email they receive.

    To limit the email you receive, simply select:

    Main > My Profile > My Email Preferences

    and then select whatever limitations you wish. When your selections are complete, Click Save.

    NOTE: Certain auto-email also goes to players so if your player has a password, you will need to log-on with his password and repeat the above procedure.
